Temporary work is based on a non-fixed term and can last for any length of time. Temporary workers are the staff that make sure a company keeps running in times of staff absence and maternity, to boost productivity at busy times, for particular projects and to analyse employee performance with a view to permanent employment 'try before you buy'.
