Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Kentford
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp to Perm
Salary/Rate: £7-8.00 per hour/ £15,500 per annum

Job Description:

 A Contracts Administrator is required by our client in Kentford. This is a full time position which is temporary to permanent.

Duties include:-

  • To provide dedicated payment application and administration on various contracts
  • Prepare draft invoices for completed works in accordance with the contract financial procedures
  • Manage the payment application process via in-house system & client systems
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of quotation, budget estimates and tenders if required.
  • Ensure regular reviews are conducted of WIP reports and financial accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required
  • Provide administration support for Contract Managers for financial queries
  • Manage accurate filing system
  • Working knowledge of timesheets and assist with input when required
  • To deal with client telephone invoice queries
  • Financial adjustment, if necessary, to wrongly booked items.
  • To be aware of financial profit, to analyse and report any failures to Contract Manager.

 Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

The person our client is looking for will have a customer service/sales ledger background and be confident using Word and Excel.
