Our Temp of the Month Award is in recognition of outstanding performance whilst in a Neaves & Neat assignment.

When we assign a temporary member of staff to your workplace you will receive a nomination form. If you feel your temp has performed well, please tell us. At the end of each month a winner is drawn from all the candidates nominated.

The Temp Of The Month will have no idea that they are the 'chosen one' until a representative from Neaves & Neat arrives armed with their gift, certificate and a camera ...

With their permission we'll place their photograph in our 'Hall of Fame' situated at the Neaves & Neat offices. Who knows, it may even appear in the local papers.

At the end of the year, an overall winner will be selected from the years nominations and courtesy of Neaves & Neat one lucky candidate will be crowned "Temporary of the Year" and will receive an award with press coverage.

This title is awarded to the Temporary Worker that has shown exceptional dedication throughout the year for flexibility, commitment, attendance, time keeping, professionalism. They'll also receive a fantastic prize for their outstanding achievement coverage in the local press.
