If you are a target driven, successful Recruitment Consultant who loves an amount of freedom in your work you could be just the person to join our friendly team based in the beautiful Cathedral City of Ely.

Absolute essential attributes for this position include:-
·         Excellent account management, business development and cold-calling skills
·         Persistent
·         Excellent time management and prioritising skills
·         Target driven

A typical day will consist of:-

• Sourcing candidates using our database and external job boards
• Identifying and calling prospective new clients to discuss recruitment requirements and solutions with the view to securing new business
• Maintaining regular contact with already established key client relationships
• Meeting set KPI’s including candidate management 
• Sending CV’s
• Arranging interviews
• Negotiating fees
• Meeting and registering jobseekers ensuring you gain a thorough understanding of their requirements
• Writing and advertising new vacancies
• Visiting clients throughout Cambridgeshire & Suffolk

To apply you will need previous recruitment experience and a track record of achieving your set targets. You must be a team player who thrives in a busy environment. You will love recruitment and will be looking to secure an opportunity that offers challenge and rewards success. 

We offer excellent rates of commission, are committed to giving all of our consultant’s ongoing support which includes a tailored training and induction programme.

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:45-17:30
