Job Description:

An exciting opportunity is available for a Recruitment Consultant to join a busy Permanent Division at one of the largest and most highly respected Independent Recruitment Consultancies in East Anglia.

The person we are looking for will be a determined recruiter who oozes personality, excellent account management and business development skills.

A typical day will consist of:-

• Sourcing candidates using our database and external job boards
• Identifying and calling prospective new clients to discuss recruitment requirements and solutions with the view to securing new business
• Maintaining regular contact with already established key client relationships
• Meeting set KPI’s including candidate management 
• Sending CV’s
• Arranging interviews
• Negotiating fees/salaries
• Meeting and registering jobseekers ensuring you gain a thorough understanding of their requirements
• Writing and advertising new vacancies
• Visiting clients throughout Cambridgeshire & Suffolk

To apply you will need previous recruitment experience and a track record of achieving your set targets. You must be a team player who thrives in a busy environment.
