A challenging position has arisen to work as a Business Development Manager for one of the UK's leading independent disability charities.

This is a very diverse and demanding role and experience within the bidding process is essential.

Your experience of producing sound business proposals preferably within a social welfare context and your ability to build effective relationships with finders and partners will enable you to secure new business within a competitive environment.

Main Job Functions:

• To develop new business development opportunities;
• To secure realistic, deliverable and cost effective contracts;
• To account-manage key relationships with contracting bodies.
• To contribute to the strategic planning process;
• To use processes and a systematic approach in all business development activities

In return my client is offering a competitive salary of over £31,000 and a 37.5 hour week (flex-time).
