A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Manager/Lead Generator to join a successful and well established direct marketing company in St Ives team

The key element for this role is identifying client needs and matching those needs to the range of services they offer. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in;

• Successful relationship building with clients which further enhances sales
• Proven track record in lead generation and telesales
• Experience in advising clients on the most appropriate direct marketing strategy

• Creation of monthly and annual sales budgets and performance to these budgets
• Achieving the daily, weekly and monthly targets

Key Skills for this role include;

• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment
• Good communicator both internally and with building customer relations

The basic salary scale depends on the key skills of the candidate – however if you are a perfect fit the basic will be up to £23,000 + OTE potential.
