We are looking for a personable all rounder, who ideally has experience of working within an estate agents or property development company and has experience of or would like to progress into a sales role.

Working as part of a small team, your role will initially include:-

• Answering the phone
• Responding to enquiries via phone/email
• Greeting visitors
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Updating website
• Updating lettings list
• Sending out property details to potential tenants

As the company and your position develops, you will take on more responsibility and become a key part of the sales team for residential and commercial, sales and lettings.

Essentially, this role requires an all-rounder who is quick to learn, efficient and a team player.
