As a manager of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality you will be responsible for all aspects relating to the management and control of our client based in Teeside.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keeps control of all SHE-Q registrations, including but not limited to:
- Accidents and incidents;- Improvement reports and external complaints;- Reports of inspections, advice and instructions;- Reports related to achieving environmental and quality objectives.
- Compilation and implementation of a safety, health, environmental and quality strategy;
- Controlling compliance of company within Corporate Quality Assurance / Quality Control programme;
- Executes work place inspections;
- Executes and is responsible for internal audits;
- Has relations with clients, sister companies and external audit agencies, and supports these audits;
- Compilation of pertinent and mandatory safety, health, environmental and quality statistics;
- Incident and Accident investigation;
- Assistance with Project Preparation to all SHE-Q related items;
- Assistance with Project Execution to all SHE-Q related items;
- Gives instruction and education related to SHE-Q items and takes care of internal and external presentations;
- Gives advice and support to the annual policy plan and Risk Inventory and Evaluation document.
This role requires a candidate to be qualified in Health and Safety specifically NEBOSH Diploma, have knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and preferably have experience in the petrochemical or construction industry.
