This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in reservations and reception work to join a 4 star hotel in Cambridge.

As Reservations Supervisor you will:-

• Efficiently and pro-actively manage enquiries and reservations
• Build and develop relationships with guests
• Be pro-active in seeking repeat business
• Produce and constantly update room rates

You will be:

• A good organiser who has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and a confident problem solver
• Able to multi-task

Previous experience working within reservations and reception is essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 with flexibility required
