Our client, based on the outskirts of Newmarket, are seeking a Publications Co-ordinator to join their expanding team.
This is a permanent opportunity reporting to the Business Director whilst working closely with the publications team. The Publications Co-ordinator is a crucial position within this organisation as you will be supporting the management of their portfolio of clients.
Duties include:
- Basic administration duties including updating client details, invoicing and typing of letters
- Meeting and talking to clients regarding articles
- Maintaining editorial schedules and deadlines
- Managing advertising campaigns
- Organise editorial board meetings, travel arrangements and accommodation if needed
- Attend conferences to promote our clients products
- Manage sales of products
- Setting up costs, billings and quotations
This opportunity is one of great responsibility and organisation so ideally a candidate with previous project or co-ordination experience will be preferred. As you will be communicating with clients and colleagues of all levels a great telephone manner, approachable personality are preferable. Knowledge of the medical/pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous as well as a publications background.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, with an hour for lunch.
