As a key member of our clients Commercial team, you will manage our existing and potential customer relationships to increase their sales, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that the business meets our clients customer commitments and provide feedback on the status of our relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and be the main point of interface for designated Customer Accounts
- Ensure that all customer issues are managed effectively and resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the business and our clients customers.
- Ensure the delivery of our key contractual and support commitments
- Establish service level agreements with customers and manage our performance to ensure success
- Participate in the negotiation of any amendments to our clients existing support contracts and new support agreements
- Manage the customer interface for designated spares and repair activity providing exceptional service levels against agreed KPIs
- Provide proposals to develop business opportunities
- Keep the customer appraised of new technologies and business improvement initiatives
- Develop and then continually review product strategies for our clients products at various stages of their life cycle protecting the business against the risk of obsolescence
- Review, enhance and promote our existing services, utilising our stock and service guarantees and defining creative support approaches to protect our long term business.
- Provide a high quality support to all organisations
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer behaviour
- Obtain feedback from customers our performance and share the information within the business developing improvement plans
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
Experience within the aerospace industry would be beneficial but not essential. Working hours - 8.30am – 4.30pm – Monday – Wednesday, 8.30am – 4.15pm – Thursday – Friday with 30 minutes unpaid for lunch.
