An Assistant Stock Controller is required by our Ely based client to assist with managing and maintaining the company stock control system to ensure full visibility of all stock issues.
Your duties will include:-
- Raise item codes for components and finished products and enter onto the stock system
- Record goods received onto the system
- Print pallet sheets for goods received for labelling
- Place new orders onto system when Purchase Orders are received
- Liaise with planning regarding component stock before production is planned
- Produce picking lists of components for planned production
- Record production, rejects and component stock used
- Adjust finished product and components when stock is despatched
- Liaise with customers, planning and production regarding stock issues
- Carry out stock checks when required
- Carry out any other reasonably requested duties
This is a permanent position with the employer offering flexibility regarding hours of work i.e. 08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:00.
