Job Description:-
Our family run client based on the outskirts of Ely are seeking a General Manager to manage and develop the market share and profitability of their branch. This opportunity is varied, working closely with the Managing Director, After Sales Director and Sales Director.
Key Accountabilities:-
General:-
- Preparation of branch annual budget
- Management of branch annual budget
- Management of branch financial objectives
- Customer Relationship Management
- Management of branch marketing and promotions
- Management of stock, inventory and material resources
- Maintenance of branch facilities
- Branch territory management
- Branch capital expenditure proposals
- Health and Safety of all employees and branch visitors
- Management, training & development of branch personnel
- Recruitment, in conjunction with Personnel Director
Administration:-
- Compliance with Company policy & procedures
- Implementation and compliance with group health & safety procedures
- Management of branch administration
- Conducting annual performance appraisals
- Implementation of group personnel procedures
- Completion of vehicle mileage returns

- Working hours - 37.5 working week
