Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Coordinator, based in Cambridge.
The purpose of the position is to develop and coordinate the continuous improvement of management systems.
Responsibilities include:-
- Promoting and communicating Quality and Environmental Management policies.
- Conducting internal assessments and facilitating external assessments.
- Coordinating the ISO18001 accreditation process.
- Maintaining the Companies’ ISO9001 and 14001 accreditations for all locations.
- Provision of quality and environmental-related training and awareness.
- Production of appropriate reports and management information.
- Liaison with External Assessors.
- Ensuring policies and procedures are maintained and updated as necessary.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have a proven track record in Quality and Environmental Systems with a working knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14001 within a construction or professional services industry.
Training and facilitation skills and experience desired.
This is a fixed term contract for 3-4 months.
