We are seeking a pro-active, highly organised and hardworking Administrator on behalf of our well established client based on the outskirts of Cambridge.
Your duties will include:
• Answering telephones and directing all incoming enquiries
• Greeting visitors
• Raising purchase orders
• Processing of holiday and sickness forms
• All travel arrangements for staff (hotels, flights, cars, parking etc)
• Responsible for the preparation and clearing of meeting rooms
• Basic maintenance of office equipment (e.g. fax, photocopier, printers)
• Liaison with suppliers (i.e. stationary suppliers, water company, shredding company)
• Project and general admin filing
• Sending faxes
• Photocopying documents for all departments when required

Reporting to the Managing Director your duties will include:
• Organise diaries via outlook
• Make appointments
• Arrange meeting dates
